Ingredients for one serving:

  • 80g goat cheese (I used telemea because I'm a big fan)
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 or hard boiled
  • salt pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar or if you do not have vinegar, a little lemon juice

We cut the egg into slices, the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters depending on how big they are.

In a bowl put the arugula leaves, tomatoes and season with a little salt. Add the crushed cheese, olive oil, vinegar and mix lightly.

Put the salad in the bowl in which we serve it, put sliced ​​egg on top and season with fresh pepper.

Method of preparation

In the middle of the tray, make a space in which the feta cheese is added. Sprinkle a little dried oregano and 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the cheese.

Place the tray with cherry tomatoes and feta cheese in the preheated oven at 200 degrees C for about 50 minutes. When the tomatoes are ready, remove the garlic cloves and remove their peel, then add them to the tomato tray.

Crush the tomatoes and cheese with a spoon and mix until a creamy sauce is obtained. Add the fresh basil leaves and mix everything.

The pasta is boiled according to the instructions on the package. When cooked, the pasta is added over the sauce and mixed well to incorporate all the flavors.
