It is the quintessential Milanese dish, known all over the world and the children's favorite ... it is usually made from beef, but today I made it from chicken breast.
- 4 slices of chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs (homemade with harder bread, but not old and made bigger not as fine as the one from the trade)
- butter (for frying)
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Snitel milanez:
Beat the slices of chest and sprinkle a little salt then put them in beaten egg WITHOUT SALT and then put them in breadcrumbs (and this without salt) on both sides and press with your hands to stick well to the meat.
We fry the schnitzels in butter, where we added very little oil, first on high heat then we reduce the flame and we move the schnitzel in the pan so that it doesn't stick, turning it once.
When it is ready, take it out on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat, then sprinkle with salt and serve.
