I chose to cook the chicken on the electric grill, instead of frying it in oil, and mashing the potatoes, instead of frying them, thus making the meal healthier. I topped it with a delicious white and red cabbage salad.

RECIPE PREPARATION Grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and cabbage salad:
Bone the chicken breasts and grease with the spices to taste (I made my own mixture of my favorite spices in a jar) and brown well on the electric grill.
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them in a pot with 1 l of water and a teaspoon of grated salt. When they are well penetrated, remove from the heat, drain the potatoes, add the butter and cream and beat for the puree.
The two cabbages are put on a grater and seasoned to taste with oil, vinegar, salt and water.
Place chicken on a bed of puree and cabbage salad on each plate.
