We crush the biscuits, melt the butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits. In a detachable cake form we put food foil (it is not necessary, I put), my shape is 18 cm in diameter, we place the cookie sheet and let it cool while we prepare the cream.

Eggs together with the sugar on a steam bath until the sugar melts, separately hydrate the gelatin with cold water and then add it over the eggs, then let them cool for 10 minutes.

Separately beat the whipped cream (if it is not from the sweetened one, add more sugar) and mix it with the mascarpone cream, pour eggs with gelatin over them and mix until it becomes a homogeneous cream. Add the raspberries, stop some fruit for garnish and mix. Pour the mixture over the cookie sheet and leave to cool for 2-3 hours, as much as we want.

Remove the cake from the pan, garnish and grate the chocolate on top ...


Raspberry cake. You wouldn't have thought it was so easy

This cake looks great and is very easy to prepare. In addition, it tastes delicious. You have to try it. The recipe is explained step by step in the lines below. Believe me, it's not complicated at all!

Ingredient:

  • 250 gr cow's cheese, 275 gr cream cheese
  • 4 teaspoons natural yogurt, 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla-flavored pudding
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa, raspberries
  • Sugar (to taste)

Method of preparation:

Mix with a mixer, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add the yogurt and pudding powder. Stir until the composition becomes creamy.

Then add the eggs, one by one and continue to mix. Sweeten the cream with sugar to taste. We can even use a few drops of vanilla essence, if we want the cake to be more fragrant.

Divide the cream obtained in two. Put aside 2/3 of the cream and in the remaining 1/3, add cocoa powder and mix well.

Wallpaper a round tray (diameter 18 cm) with baking paper. Pour alternately in the tray simple cream and cocoa cream. Put raspberries on top. Of course we can choose any fruit we want. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 175 degrees and bake the cake for 20 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 150 degrees and bake the cake for another 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, then put it in the fridge. Leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. It would be preferable to leave it in the fridge overnight.

The next day we can cut it into slices to serve with our loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!


Cake with walnut top and vanilla cream & # 8211 is so tasty that no one can get a single slice

Wicker cake and vanilla cream is one of my favorites. It has a delicious taste and can be served even at a festive event.

Dough ingredients:

  • 200 gr of wheat flour
  • 160 gr butter, 1 egg yolk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration)

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 6 yolks, 200 g sugar
  • 150 gr ground walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Method of preparation:

For starters, prepare the dough. Sift wheat flour into a large bowl. Add butter, egg yolk, salt and water. Mix the ingredients well to combine.

Put the dough in the fridge for 3-4 hours, then transfer it to the worktop sprinkled with flour and cut it in half. Form two dough balls.

We spread the dough balls in two rectangular sheets. Bake the dough sheets on the back of a baking tray until it acquires a beautiful golden color. Put a sheet of baked dough back in the pan.

Beat the yolks with the icing sugar. Add the ground walnuts, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients well. Pour the filling over the sheet of dough in the tray. Put the tray back in the oven and bake the cake for about 15-20 minutes.

We prepare cream. Put 400 ml of milk to boil together with the sugar. Dissolve the pudding powder in the remaining milk. Put the pudding in the boiling milk and mix well until it thickens.

We take the pudding from the fire and let it cool. Beat the butter with the mixer until it becomes fluffy. Add the pudding, spoon by spoon in the beaten butter. Stir until you get a smooth cream.

Spread the cream evenly over the walnut filling. Put the second baking tray on top. Before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Good appetite and increase cooking!

Raspberry clover

It is not for nothing that July is also called the month of the oven. It's so hot that, ironically, going to the oven is something I wouldn't even think about if it weren't for such an important part of confectionery. However, on the hottest days, I try as much as possible to avoid the extra heat in the house and when the craving for sweets is too great, I resort to desserts that do not need an oven. And trifle fits perfectly in this category, being easy to make, with simple but fragrant ingredients and requiring a minimum of cooking time. Layers of vanilla cream, cream, sour fruit sauce, favorite biscuits and fresh fruit become a dessert that I would eat anytime, anywhere.

For vanilla cream you need: 500ml milk, 4 egg yolks, 100g sugar, 25g starch, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.


Pour the milk into a bowl and put on low heat. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the yolks, sugar, starch and a pinch of salt and mix until you get a creamy, whitish composition. Pour the hot milk into a thin thread over the yolks, stirring constantly, then transfer the mixture back to the bowl and put on the fire. Cook the vanilla cream until it thickens, stirring constantly with a whisk so as not to form lumps. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla and cover with cling film to the surface to prevent crust formation. Allow to cool completely.


For the raspberry sauce you need: 150g raspberries, 40g sugar, 2 tablespoons water.


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and bring to the boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes until the raspberries are soft, then pass the sauce through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Allow to cool completely.


In addition to the vanilla cream and fruit sauce, you will also need about 200ml of whipped cream, plenty of fresh raspberries and a few biscuits (or other favorite biscuits or even pieces of sponge cake), plus a few glasses to assemble the dessert. (4-6 glasses come out of the given quantities, depending on their size)
Once you have all the components listed above at hand, all you have to do is layer them into glasses. Enjoy your meal!


Homemade Franzela. The recipe of the century. So soft and tender, but what a flavor!

We offer you a simple recipe for a very tasty homemade bagel, which cannot be compared to the one in the store. Franzela is very soft, tender and with a special aroma. It is very simple to prepare and is extremely tasty. Franzela cuts excellently and does not crumble. Enjoy your loved ones with warm and delicious homemade bread!

INGREDIENTS

-1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)

-1 egg or 1-2 tablespoons of milk (for greasing the bagel)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Put the sifted flour in the mixer bowl. Add sugar, salt and yeast. Mix all the dry ingredients well.

2. Then pour warm water and mix gently.

3. Add the butter and knead the dough with the mixer for 10-15 minutes.

4. Form a bagel from the dough obtained (from this amount of dough you will only get one bagel!).

5. Line the tray with baking paper and place the bagel.

6. Cover the bagel with a clean towel and put it in a warm place to leaven.

7. Then make a few cuts on top with a knife.

8. Grease the bagel with beaten egg or milk.

9. Bake the bagel in the preheated oven ventilated at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.


The peculiarities of raspberries

The shrub has a branched root system, which penetrates into the soil to a depth of 30, maximum 40 cm. The young stems of the raspberry are slightly inclined towards the top, and on them form shoots that will bear fruit.

The lifespan of the stems is 2 years, the leaves are compound, with 3-5 leaflets and arranged alternately on the stems. The red or yellow fruit, when it reaches maturity, easily detaches from the receptacle.

Most raspberry varieties bear fruit once a year in summer. The stems grow vegetatively in the first year and form fruit buds, and in the following year they bear fruit on the lateral shoots, formed during the spring.

The remontant raspberry varieties form flowers and fruits from the top of the stems, from the first year, autumn. The fruiting portions dry out over the winter, and in the spring they are removed. The following year the stems bear fruit in the lower part, in the first part of summer.
