tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

teaspoons baking powder

teaspoons garlic powder

lb turkey wings (about 12 pieces), patted dry

tablespoons coarse grain Dijon mustard

tablespoons real maple syrup

Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil and a cooling rack.

Add flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and dry mustard to 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add half of the wings; shake to completely coat. Place wings on rack in pan; repeat with remaining wings. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, turning once halfway through bake time, until lightly browned and juice of turkey is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (at least 175°F).

Set oven control to broil. Broil wings 4 to 5 minutes or until skin is lightly crisped.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup. Brush wings with mixture; transfer to serving platter.

- Adding baking powder to the flour mixture helps wings get crispy in the oven.
- Turkey wings may come as individual pieces, like chicken wings, or may be connected at the joint. If connected, cut at the joint to separate.
