This "Instagrammable" toast looks too pretty to eat with vibrant blackberries and oranges layered over mascarpone, but with a finishing touch of crunchy oats & honey granola, you won’t be able to resist for long.MORE+LESS-
slices hearty multigrain, wheat or white bread
cup mascarpone cheese, softened
cup fresh blackberries
cup orange sections, cut in thirds
cup Cascadian Farm™ organic oats & honey granola (from 16-oz box)
teaspoon grated orange peel
Toast bread as desired. Spread each slice with 2 tablespoons of the mascarpone cheese.
Drizzle with honey; top with blackberries and orange sections. Sprinkle with granola and orange peel.
- If blackberries are very large, cut in half before placing on toast.
- For pretty orange peel, use a bartender’s zester or “channel knife” to remove the peel from the orange.
