In our house, soup-soup is rarely missing daily. Today I serve you delicious soup with new potatoes and cauliflower. As they gave "our" vegetables, the food seems to have a different, more delicious taste
- 0.5 kg of veal ribs
- 0.5 kg of new potatoes
- 1 little cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 1 pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 link green parsley
- 1 glass of tomato broth
- 4 cloves green garlic
- 50 ml oil
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION New potato soup with cauliflower and veal ribs:
The ribs are portioned and boiled in salted water. Foam if necessary.
Clean and wash the vegetables. Unwrap the cauliflower in bunches.
Lightly fry the onion, chopped pepper and carrot slices.
Add the ribs with the boiling juice and the diced potatoes.
After 5-10 minutes, add the cauliflower bunches + finely chopped green garlic.
Let it boil and sour with tomato broth.
Season the soup with greens, salt and pepper.
Always let the roots boil, and at the end add the vegetables that have a shorter cooking time.
The greens must be put at the end - the preparation will be more attractive and the vitamins will be kept.

Smoked ciolan soup
1 smoked ciolan
200 gr pepper (I used 4 tablespoons pepper paste)
3 larger potatoes
50 g of rice
50 ml oil
400 ml sour cream
50 ml vinegar (I used vinegar from hot peppers from the jar)
1 teaspoon tarragon
The smoked ciolan is boiled in 3 l of water (in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes from when the Wink starts to whistle). Detach the meat from the bone after it has boiled and cut the pieces. Strain the soup and set aside.
Cut the carrots into rounds or cubes, cut the onion into small pieces, as well as the peppers. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
The oil is heated to 50 ml, the carrots, onions and peppers are heated on it and then we put the washed rice with which we heat for about another 1 minute. Extinguish with the soup in which the smoked ciolan boiled, add the cut meat and diced potatoes and let it boil until the potatoes are cooked.
Add salt if needed, add the 50 ml of vinegar and straighten with the 3 yolks mixed with 400 ml of sour cream. Leave it to boil for another 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of tarragon and cover the pot with a lid.

I know that many of you now expect me to post holiday recipes, but I want to propose another menu between Christmas and New Year. a lighter one, based on fish meat, soups, salads. Even if at Christmas I ate only holiday dishes, now is the time for a short break.
Today we have a delicious potato soup with beets. From Sanda Marin's cookbook :)
- 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 parsnip, 1 celery, 5 potatoes, 1 medium beetroot, 1 cup rice, tomato broth, vegetable broth (for sour), salt, parsley, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 cube concentrate vegetables.
I finely chopped the onion, carrot, parsnip and celery. I put them in a pot of boiling water.
I then added 1/2 diced beets.
I let it boil with the lid on the pot for 30 minutes.
Then I added the chopped potatoes, oil and vegetable cube.
When the potatoes were cooked, I added tomato broth, vegetables, rice and salt.
5 minutes before the end, I grated the other half of the beets, put it in a strainer and put it in the soup for 2 minutes. This operation is done to make the soup more colorful :)

Stevia soup with potatoes
Stevia soup with potatoes from: stevia, onion, garlic, potatoes, broth, eggs, rice, borscht, carrots, larch, dill, salt, pepper, dill.
- 4 stevia connections
- 1 large dried onion
- 6-8 strands of green onions
- 4 cloves green garlic
- 5 new carrots
- 2 tablespoons broth
- 4-5 medium new potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons rice
- 800 ml borscht
- 1 larch connection
- 1/2 link dill
Method of preparation:
Wash the stevia, remove the thick central rib. Put the leaves in a strainer and pour 2 l of boiling water over them. Let them drain, then cut them into pieces.
Chop all the onion and garlic, cut the carrots into thin slices. Wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Saute the dried onions with the carrots for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the stevia, let it harden for 1 minute, stirring. Pour 4 cups hot water, add green onions, potatoes, garlic and washed rice.
Let it boil for 12-15 minutes.
When the rice is ready, add the broth and borscht. Bring to the boil for 1-2 minutes, remove from the heat. Salt to taste.
Beat the cream with the eggs, pour 3-4 tablespoons of juice into a thin wire, beating constantly, then pour into the pot. Stir, sprinkle with chopped greens and serve.

We need :
200 g case
200 g kaizer
80 g smoked cheese
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
100 ml sour cream
a little butter
Grease a tart form with a little butter, sprinkle the breadcrumbs and place 1/2 of the potato slices, circular, until we cover the whole shape.
Then place 1/2 of the chopped onion and 1/2 of the grated cheese, which we sprinkled over the potatoes and onions in the pan.

1 and 1/2 large lettuce heads
about 200g smoked bacon (or bacon, kaiser, ribs)
Cut the bacon (kaiserul, ribs) into strips and fry it a little until it leaves a little fat, then put on it finely chopped onion and calin 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
