initially I took the recipe from Nadina //retete/13931/galuste-de-mamaliga-cu-ciuperci-si-bacon.html
and then from the beginning, the recipe that I also made:

  • a small onion
  • 250 - 300 gr mushrooms
  • 200 gr of ham
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • biscuit
  • butter
  • polenta made a little softer

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Polenta dumplings with ham and mushrooms:

I made the polenta a little softer, and left it to cool.

Then, fry the onion in a little butter, add the chopped mushrooms and when the water left by them decreases, I added the diced ham.

I mixed the cream with the 2 tablespoons of flour and I added over the ham with the mushrooms, salt and pepper and left it on the fire for a while.

Leave to cool.

Then make polenta dumplings with a slightly damp hand, it's easier to do so, and fill them with the mixture of ham and mushrooms, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them in an oil bath!
