  • 1 kg larger champinion mushrooms
  • fasting mayonnaise (I make flour with water, mustard and lemon juice)
  • salt
  • Red pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION mushroom baskets stuffed with broccoli-post:

Wash the mushrooms and clean them, remove the stalks and salt them, then fry them in a little olive oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes and on one side and on the other. Remove them and let them drain the juice. the mushrooms leave it (from the remaining tails you can make a pilaf or a stew)
