We put the biscuits in the robot and crumble them. Melt the butter in the microwave and add it over the biscuits together with the essence, continuing to mix until they are completely absorbed. We put the composition in a cake form, with removable walls, press well on the bottom of the form and let it cool.

We put the fruits in a strainer and let them thaw and drain.

We hydrate the gelatin in a little water.

We beat the whipped cream and let it cool. Rub the yogurt with the sugar and vanilla well until the sugar melts.

Mix the two compositions, add the fruit and gelatin, mix everything and pour the composition over the counter. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Decorate or not, according to preference. I melted some chocolate on top.
